Return Eligibility

Delivery Inspection
We recommend that customers inspect their furniture carefully upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Providing clear photos of the product and packaging will help us process your request faster.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, Indosom will review the issue and offer one of the following solutions where appropriate:

Assembly Service
If you choose our optional assembly service, our professional team will assemble the furniture at your location.

Assembly service fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed

Furniture that has been fully assembled may not be eligible for return, unless it is faulty or damaged
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
