Delivery Coverage & Charges
We offer free standard delivery on orders of £250 or more within England, Wales, and Scotland.
Orders below this value, or deliveries requested outside these regions, may be subject to additional delivery charges. Any applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
Delivery Arrangements
Once your order is ready for dispatch, our team will contact you approximately 2–3 days before delivery to confirm a suitable delivery date and time.
On the day of delivery, our driver will usually contact you around 30 minutes prior to arrival.
To ensure successful delivery:

An adult must be present at the delivery address to receive and inspect the order.

If you need to rearrange your delivery, please inform us as early as possible to avoid potential additional charges.

On the Day of Delivery
Please ensure that someone is available at the agreed delivery time to receive the order.
If delivery cannot be completed due to the absence of the customer or lack of access to the property, a re-delivery or failed delivery charge starting from £25 may apply.
Delivery Access & Restrictions
Our standard delivery service includes delivery to the ground-floor entrance of the delivery address.
Unless previously arranged, our delivery team does not:

Carry furniture upstairs or to upper floors

Assemble furniture

Remove or dispose of existing furniture
Any request for assistance beyond the standard delivery point will be carried out at the customer's own responsibility and risk.
